Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for your pivot shoe but we do carry a few similar options for you to consider. Unfortunately, none of our pivot shoes have the same recessed cam as your original part. We can't be sure, but this could result in your original pivot bar being too long to sit properly in the cam. It may not be a problem but it is a possibility.
With that being said, take a look and compare the specifications of the 15-046, 15-118, and 15-121 to determine if one of them might work for your repair. Thank you!
