Thanks for posting. The video below shows how to remove and replace internal tilt latches. If you can remove the surface lever and tell us the length of the prongs on its bottom, as well as the distance between these prongs, we should be able to identify it if it is available from our selection here. This will also tell us if there is available corresponding tilt latch.

Note however that internal tilt latches are often difficult to replace since many are no longer made. You may want to consider just converting to surface mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229, or 26-193 and 26-194. The video below shows how to do this.
