window Channel balances

A handy person from WA says:
Hi!

I need to identify exact models of the balances. It is written just 2740G B.s.i.
The length is 28'.
I need 6 Balances and 6 take out clips. ( I think that these are 16-002)

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for posting. These balances look like either our S385-28 or S380-28. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of their bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the image below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case for a new stamp option choose 2740.

For the take-out clip, the 16-002 is certainly likely what you need, but if you're uncertain feel free to send a picture of what you have.
