I'm not sure as to which product you're referring. I see you bought our 39-070 operator a few weeks ago. Is this the part you're talking about? If so, this is commonly used with our 39-170 bracket (sold separately).

If I'm off the mark, or if the 39-170 doesn't match the old bracket, then you can submit a photo of your original bracket here for me to review.
