Hello, Don. We don't sell this exact balance, but we do sell the parts that I think would work the same way. This appears to be an older version of our Series 795 tilt window channel balance, but with the "T" shaped bottom shoe swapped out for our 15-224.

The good news is that these bottom fittings swap out very easily. You can buy the Series 795 balance and 15-224 inverted link separately and just change them out when you get them. I'll share a video below that shows you how this is done.

Your stamp also appears to be a somewhat more outdated core compared to ours. Therefore I recommend weighing your sash on a scale to verify the proper calibration. You can see a chart on the balance's store page that tells you exactly how much weight each one supports.
