window channel balance part #

A home owner from Ormond Beach, FL says:
November 18, 2022
Marking on windows say: 34 5 KW CMC 11
Length of metal: 35"
Width of metal: 0.5"

We need for 6 windows, both sides. Total = 12 window channel balances.
The windows say "PGT" on them. They are non-tilt windows.
