Hello there!

We should be able to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe? That will allow us to identify the accordant coil springs and supports.

A home owner from Illinois says:
Hello Emily, sorry for the delay I was waiting until we cleaned the windows to get a good picture. Here is a pic of the "shoe". Also one of the metal "pins" that are part of the window frame that pivot in the shoe is broken on one of our windows. Do you supply those as well?

Thanks so much for the additional photos! I recommend our 15-199 pivot shoe and either the 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165 coil springs.

If the old springs are 1/2" wide, see the 15-150T triple coil support. If they're 3/8" wide instead, see the 15-205 triple coil support.

As for the pivot bar, our 26-378 comes to mind. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
