Broken Window Locks/Replacement

These photos are a huge help, thanks! So, in direct answer to your original question, they don't sell that plastic component separately. If that broke, then you need an all new lock entirely. I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

The good news is that we do sell the locks you need. See our 38-144 for the lock with the active lever and the 38-160 for the secondary lock. One important thing to note is that there's a very good chance you'll also need new keepers, depending on the age of the window. Specifically our 38-276 and 38-277. The manufacturer of these locks changed the how the lock and keeper interact some years ago, so the old style keepers won't be compatible with the new style locks. Just something to keep in mind.
