window part needed

I have checked every window in the house (they are all the same size) and no names or markings. I have 7 of these windows and 5 of them are missing at least one or both sides of this item.
2.5 x 1.25 broken piece different angle 2.5 x 1.25 broken piece top angle of broken tab side broken tab side spot tab that is broken off is supposed to go into
