Thanks for posting! Your channel balance is either the S351-30 with a 1" shoe or the S390-30 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

To select the option needed for your balance, you'll need to check the metal channel for any stamps/markings. If there are none or there you are not able to match it to one of the stamp options we have, then you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash.

There will be a chart below the product description for the balance you need. You'll be able to select your stamp from the weight ranges listed on that chart.
