Hi all. These locks are circa 1994, aluminum framed windows.

hole setback is 1/2"
2 1/4" installation hole centers
throw measures 3/8"
number on reverse looks like 117

We don't have this exact lock, I'm afraid. However, the 90-313 is similar and also measures 2-1/4" on the installation hole centers. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
