A quick learner from houston says:
my commercial door pivot
door frame is bending inside
what should i do?

Looking at your photos it appears that your pivots are worn and could be causing the door to bind. Take a look at the 79-126 or 79-098 to start out. It's important to consider the mounting hole pattern, as well as the other dimensions, to find the best match for your pivot.

but how about mounting penal is bending in side, is there any thing i can do about make it right?

I'm not sure what a mounting penal is. If your door frame where the pivots attach is damaged, you could be a candidate for the 79-092 hinge. With this hinge, you would need to disconnect the door closer, remove the existing pivots, close the door and shim it in place. Next in line would be the 79-092. I have found these type of hinges can correct a lot of problems with commercial doors.
