Pella door handle and lock assembly. Mfg about 1995. Handle drops down and latch pulls in and does not catch the latch plate. Also, I do not see any set screw to release the handle from the door. This door has locking pins at the top and bottom of the door. The pins engage when handle is pulled up. This door has a metal strip from the top to the bottom of the door, which I assume conceals the locking rods.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I am on a tight schedule.
