double hung better bilt window

Question

need the top latch mechanisms that lock to the tensioner that allow it to stay in place and activating it tilts window down    and the bottom spring loaded pointed latch underneath the window that attachs to the insert inside the track that hold window in place,   I tried to send pics but red button did not open  JD 520 304 6380

Thanks for writing in. For the pivot bar, see if the 36-375 matches up as a replacement. For the tilt latches, we don't have an exact match, but I think the 26-337 pair might work for you. Look over the dimensions and see what you think.
