double hung window

American Craftsman
(4)2 coil window balance sets w stop and lock and housings

I have all springs for upper and lower windows
A house cleaner tried to remove windows and dislodged the springs and cracked the housings and lost one the lock pieces. Please advise on parts

Thanks for reaching out to us. There's a good chance we have the hardware you need, but in order to help I need photos of the parts in question. Specifically, I need to see the pivot shoe and springs. Knowing how thick the springs are would also be a huge help. Let me know if you can get me that information.
