duralite L4 window

Question

It's double hung, but the bottom window coils became separated. How do I get them back together? height is 42.5 x w is 35.5 the manufacture date is 5-9-2016

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. I'm not sure what you mean here when you say that your coils have become "separated." Would it be possible to see a photo of what you're talking about? May I also see the rest of the assembly? I'm honestly not sure what kind of balance system you have in general, so seeing as much of it as you can show me would help make sure we're on the same page.
