existing track on top of concrete

A quick learner from Scottsdale AZ says:
My track sits on concrete how can it be pop riveted or screwed??? JB WELD? some type of adhesive?

The easiest solution would be to use a short screw that would just clear the bottom track, without going into the concrete.

I would have to countersink the hole and that would leave very little material for screw to bite. Existing track is not too thick as it is.......

Try using small concrete anchors with a countersink screw. The base of the 80-105 track is not that thin. You may also want to use a waterproof adhesive along with the screws.
