fixed sash frame part

Question

I have a single hung window. The top fixed sash bottom support is screwed to frame with pieces shown (one left, one right). Broken tabs are shown in red. I included tag from window but can't identify manufacturer. Thank you.

I am afraid that I am unable to decipher the window manufacturer from the tag. In situations like this you can go to your nearest hardware store and purchase two steel corner brackets, paint it to your window frame and install it under the top sash rail and to the side of the window frame.
