Can I purchase the spindle for the 40-175 separately?

Can I order the sqare spindle for the Forever inside door latch (40-175)and if not, what is the length and width of the piece so I can find one? Thanks

Sorry, but we do not carry the spindle only. It is a square spindle, measuring 5/16" X 5/16", and is 3" in length - it is made of aluminum. I suggest trying a local hardware store, as they may often times carry some type of metal rod(s).
