having trouble with my 23-047

Question

I purchased (3) part number 23-047 closet door hangers and tried to install them today and the wheel is squared off and won't roll in my track. Other than the wheel everything else looks the same on the unit. My original door hangers have a tapered wheel. Do you have the tapered wheel type? If so can I exchange the ones I bought already? Thanks for posting, Don. I'm afraid the 23-047 only comes with a convex wheel. We would like to see some photos of your old roller. I will also need your measurements. With that information we can try to identify it to see if it is still available.
