I need help finding a good door closer for a 36" storm door. Every door closer i have ever bought will not close the storm door tightly when the interior door is closed. Seems like there is a air lock preventing the storm door to latch securely. The wind has ruined several doors, so this time i need the best door closer that will work for standard 36" storm door and fit between the interior door. What would you recommend?

I don't think the door closer is the problem, but rather it is the "air lock" between the storm door and the interior door when both doors are closed. Try bring up the door sweep on the bottom, maybe that could allow air to escape. You can also be careful to close the storm door first (sometimes not so easy). We do carry a heavy duty storm door closer with a torsion bar (our 40-015). They use this type on the steel security storm door, but there is no guarantee this will solve your problem either.
