help identify channel balance

Question

35 inch long metal piece. Stamp says 3450 39. One channel balance on each side of the window. As the pic shows.

Can you help me figure out the replacement part number?

The handyman couldn't find two balances exact the same, and he said one of them didn't have enough strength for our window. So probably that is why it is failing now.

So probably the stronger one is the correct one. Can you help me figure it out?

Also, do you have the item number of the take out clip that is compatible with it? Mine has a length of 1.25 inch. One of them is missing.

Thanks for posting! Your balances appear to be either our S351-35 or S390-35 with a 3450 stamp. To determine which series you need, confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. It should either be 1" or 1-1/8".

The takeout clip you are searching for is likely the 16-002. Again, compare the dimensions to confirm that this is the right fit.
