Good morning,

I am looking for help identifying the atatched window hardware.

Appears it is a 2 piece system plus a spring. I would like all of these pieces identified if possible.

Also, the window weighs 23lbs.

Thanks for writing in! Your coil balance housing looks similar to our 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to those shown below to determine if these are the correct replacement. Although, I am confident these are the replacements you'll need.

You'll also need the 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing.

The coil housing pivot and the tandem housing are both compatible with the Series 180 coil balance spring. Since your sash weighs 23lbs, I suggest using (4) of the 6lb coils, part S180-6. These should work fine as a replacement for your hardware.

You may also need the 16-024 Mounting Bracket.
