hinge and operator

i need to replace hinge # 30906 and the operators. the casements are approximately 13xfifty. what part numbers can i order?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the stamp codes do not cross reference to our parts. To get started, we'll need to see photos of your original hinge and operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Thank you!
