Hi i have a MW double hung window that is about 15 yrs old. the bottom left corner had a lot of rotted would that i am trying to repair. I'd like to replace these parts as well but the most important part is show in the second/third pic.
i know i will need to supply model type but i thought i'd ask first. If you don't have these any suggestions where i might find them? Thanks!!

The pivot pin might be our 20-016. Please compare. I am afraid we can't replace rotted windows, nor the jamb liner spring systems. A local mill work may be able to help you. I apologize we can't be of more help, and best of luck with the repair.

thank you! that is great. i compared it and it looks similar so I'm going to order 4.

I don't need window parts often but when I do you are definitely the go to guys! 99% of the time you have it and 100% of the time you are so nice. I just have to tell you because that seems to be so unusual!
