I need to replace the pivot bars and pivot shoes, but can't find them on your catalog. The pivot shoes on my problem windows have a cam that is open on top when the sash is tilted out 90 degrees allowing you to remove the sash. The shoes I've seen here all have a closed cam. how do you insert the sash into the shoes?
Thanks for your help!

Thanks for posting. I don't believe we have this exact type of shoe. However, please take a look at our 15-046 pivot shoe and match the dimensions with your own hardware. Please be sure to compare the width and depth. Do you think this might work? Also look at our 26-040 pivot bar.
As for how to attach your balance to the pivot shoe, please watch our video tutorial on how to install a tilt-window spiral balance: |

Ah, I see. looks like you just have to twist the sash, pushing one shoe up in the track to pull the pivot bar out.
Thanks!

No, I do not believe that these shoes will work for you. Interlock in this instance simply means that the shoe connects the sash to the frame.
