Last year a handyman told me to order these WHITE latches from you. I ordered 4 sets. I went to replace them today and they are wrong. AS you see the old one I removed is beige and smaller than the white ones I got from you. There is a number on the back of the beige one that I need. It says 092. In the center of the latch it says 8P. There is also a patent number 5,139,291. I hope that you can help me with these parts. I need both left and right ones. I have 3 windows that as bad.

We are sorry to hear that the latches did not work out for you. The right fit is going to come down to the exact dimensions. Please start by comparing the measurements of the 26-243 and 26-244 latches to your originals. These latches are available in the color beige. Let us know what you think!

These measurements are off because the shape in the bottom side is different. and the bottoms look totally different. Is there a way that I can send you my latch and you can match it up? I have not even sent you any measurements.

Hello! I'm a little confused about your follow up here. We understand that the latch you bought, the 26-393, wasn't a good fit. But did you review the 26-243 and 26-244 that Lauren recommended back on the 7th? They look like a much better option. She also listed detailed dimensions for our product that you can use to confirm that everything lines up.

Is there any reason you don't think these parts will work? If so, can you explain?
