I am needing to replace the lock and wheels on my pella sliding glass patio door.

Go ahead and take photos of both sides of the lock you're looking to replace. We'll need to see them in order to identify the part. Same thing with the rollers. Remove one (there is usually a housing assembly that holds the wheel, be sure to remove the whole thing) and take a photo for us to look at.
