locking pivot bar shoe

Hi, I need help identifying the correct pivot bar shoe for my PGT window. The window was new in 2005 if that helps. I've attached photographs and measurements. I need one each for the left and right side.

Good morning, and thanks for posting! Have you seen our 15-210 Corner Locking Pivot carrier? This appears similar to your own hardware. Please compare it to your pivot shoe and let me know what you think!
