looking for replacement window crank

Landlord from Rochester
This is from the left side (looking in) of an old crank out kitchen window. I really hate to have to change the whole window and casing, so I am hoping you can help me. It is from a Crestline window with this number stamped on the bottom: 4-200LH. The arm extends approximately 9". The dimensions of the 'base' are 4"x2.5"x5/8" high. If you cannot find a replacement for me, could you please advise me of someplace that I might find it? Thank you so much for your help with this!

Thanks for writing in. There is a possibility our 39-365 operator along with our 39-114L handle are good replacements for you. We would like for you to compare your measurements to ours as you are looking at it.

Hi, Tom.
Do you know how this advice worked out?
That guy's operator looks a lot like mine.
From the center of the wheel to the center of the crank arm is 12". But the arm on the operator you recommended is only 9-1/2".
The crank body is 4" wide.

I'm afraid the previous customer never got back to us as to whether or not our replacement worked. We also don't sell anything with an arm at 12" long, though our 39-013 and 39-014 are a little longer at 13-1/2". These may work if you also replace the track with our 39-505, but the same issues are still present: the overall design is very different, and you will have extensive retrofits ahead of you if you go forward with this project.

I have this same issue and crank. I'm open to any modification or minor adjustment. Even a crank that's shorter if that means the window might not open fully? But if it still opens somewhat that would be fine. Pictures below!

Hello! This appears to be the same operator you inquired about yesterday. My response then remains the best option we can provide. To reiterate, this is a very old model that's not made anymore, so in order to get any modern version working you have a lot of work ahead of you. If you aren't used to this kind of project, I'd highly recommend getting professional assistance.
