metal channel section measures 28 11/16" (would these be known as 28"?)

Thanks for posting! The balance you have here is an Extended-Travel Channel Balance and will need to be a custom assembly. To determine the right replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the hook/clip attached to the bottom shoe. If this balance does not have one, I'll need to see one from an undamaged balance.

The metal channel should measure 28-5/8".

I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you would like to purchase; there is an quantity minimum of two for custom orders.
