missing part

Question

Hi I am looking for the piece you see attached for my "Truth" brand window. I have the crank but the piece you see is defected. This is a picture of the left hand-side window. I'm actually looking for the piece for the window on the right hand-side. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello! This looks like the base for your operator mechanism. In many cases the base cannot be removed and I believe that applies here. You would need an entirely new operator.

We carry a ton of different models so we may have a good match for you, but in order to verify I will need to see a clear picture of yours removed and without obstruction. Would that be possible?
