multiple windows need new channel balances

Please help me identify the parts I need to fix my windows. these are 30 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. If you can identify replacements I need 11 pairs.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our Series 775 appears to be a match for what you have here. Your stamp is a bit odd and doesn't match any of the listed strength options, however. I recommend you weigh your sash on a scale to determine the proper option for your replacements. There's a chart under the product description on the S775-30 store page that will tell you which option is best based on the weight of the sash.

What exactly am I measuring to determine if I need a 1" or 1 1/4" shoe?

What you want to measure is the width of the shoe in your first photo. I'll also attach a photo below you can use as a reference.
