Tom from SWISCO responded:
Good afternoon, and thank you for posting. Your balance appears to look like our Series 850 block and tackle rod balance. Does that look like it's about right? Look through the length options and see which one would be best for you!

As for the tilt latch, it's hard to see what it is based on the images provided, as it is very damaged. However, please look at our 26-263 left hand top tilt latch, and its right handed equivalent, the 26-264. Let me know what you think.
A landlord from st. paul says:
the length of the rod, is that measured contracted or extended?

also those aluminum tips that go in the bottom of the window for the rod to attach to. what are they called and wich ones would work with the 850?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
When measuring the length of the Series 850 balance, you want to measure from the bottom of the black shoe to the top of the white plastic part at the opposite end of the balance while it's contracted. Do not incorporate the metal clip in the measurement. You can see an example of the length needed in the following picture:

As for the aluminum tip, I think you may be referring to the pivot bar. Please look at our 26-318. Does this look like it may work for you? Let me know!
