need 2 new balancers for window sash

Hello,
balancers of my sash window keeps popping out either right or left. Now one of them has its string snapped. I will need to replace both of them. Window sash weights 27pounds. Stamp says 19 6 (?). metal length is actually 19-5/8 inch. Please see attached pictures of one of the balancer. Please help with recommendations as far as the order is concerned. Thank you,

Hello,
After submitting a question, I found that I may have an EXTENDED-TRAVEL CHANNEL BALANCE based on the location of the roller (please see below attached pictures). I will need to replace both balancers that are stamped 19 6 but measure 19-5/8 (metal only), 1/2 inch wide. Therefore adding more info to my initial request (reference number is D231608). Thank you very much for your assistance.

Hello, Eric! You're right, this is an extended travel balance. We can absolutely supply this as a custom order, but please give me just a little more time to confirm the availability of this stamp; 19-6 is a little heavy-duty but I should have an answer for you before the end of the day.
