need crank mechanism Nami window

A home owner from Vernon, CT says:
Windows manufacturer cannot be identified. Crank mechanism needs replacing. Gear axle pops out and doesn't stay in place. Now gear of crank does not engage with hand crank, and may be worn. Attached pictures give best information available. Please advise.

Note: This is a casement window, that swings open towards the left (when viewed from the inside). Hinge is on the left. Crank is mounted on the center of the sill.

Right off the bat, I believe you may need our 39-188 or our 39-090. The difference between those two styles is the shape of the arm. Since I cannot see the arm in your photos, I cannot guess on which one you have. Can you submit a photo of the operator removed from the window? This will help us better identify a possible replacement.
