need replacedment for window opener/closer

Anderson casement windows 14 yrs old. The crank handle has fallen off of the mechanism and does not re-attach. I guess I need to replace the whole thing? The photo shows one that is in working condition so you know which part I'm referring to.

It is very possible that you need a new operator, but that will depend on quite a few factors. If at all possible, can you remove the handle and cover here and show me a photo of the base underneath? Can you also open the window and show me the arms? That will give me a better idea of what operator this is and which one of ours will replace it.
