non tilt window balance ID help

Home Owner from 33922
I have multiple windows , aluminum frame, non tilting that don't stay up anymore. I removed the spiral balance and am confused as to the type I need. The color shows white, the length is 30", and the width of the metal part is 1/2, not 3/8 or 9/16 like you sell. Also there was a plastic outer shell on the metal tube which looks like a wound spring itself as you can see in the pictures. The windows were installed in 2005, not sure the brand.

Thanks for reaching out to us. When measuring diameter, you don't want to measure the internal metal spring, you want to measure the outer tube. In your case, that's the nylon part. If your internal metal spring is 1/2" then odds are the plastic part is 9/16".

My main concern here are the two pins at the end of the spiral rod. Can you measure those for me? I'd like to know their overall width.

Thank you! We appreciate you getting bac to us with this information.

That's everything we needed, too; what I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to add 2 of these to your cart, which is our minimum. You can then checkout as normal.
