non tilt window slamming shut when opened

A quick learner from Las Vegas, NV says:
Hello, I had a non-tilt window where the sash would slam shut rather than staying up, so pursuant to your video I pulled the spiral balances. The tube measures 30" and has no markings. I need 2 replacement spiral balances and 2 clips.

Other windows are functioning but appear to have broken clips so I would like to order 2 extra clips as well. The third picture is what is left of the clip(s).

Also, please let me know what tool is the proper tool to apply tension, and any other non-standard tools that I may need. Thank you very much

Thank you for posting. This balance will have to be specially made, as it has a unique clip at the end. Check out this custom spiral balance request form that I've started for you based on your specifications and fill out the rest of the information. One of our representatives will get back to you shortly thereafter with a price quote and an item to add to your cart.

I'm not sure what that nylon clip is. Could I see one that is undamaged? As for the charging tool, see our 75-004. This should be all you need. Look at the guide below for more information.
