Thanks for posting. It's a bit tough to tell without seeing the pivot shoe removed from the window, but I believe you might have the 15-015. You will need to remove your old shoe from the window and compare with the dimensions below to confirm. Also see the video that shows how to remove and replace pivot shoes.
