old windows with weights

I have a few old window with the counter weights to hold them up the rope has broken and the weights are disconnected do you have a kit to repair these.

It sounds like an issue with the balance, but I'm not sure if we can help without seeing the original. Based on what you've said so far there's a good chance that we don't sell what you need; the kind of balance system you describe is very old fashioned.
