There is a good chance we can supply you with a replacement for your spiral balance but there are a few details you'll need to confirm so that we can determine the right fit for your window. You will need to remove the balances from the window to identify the correct replacement.

Thanks for writing in! It's a bit difficult to tell from the photos of the measuring tape but it appears you have a 30" balance with a 3/8" tube diameter. If so, you'll need the S400-30 with are tip. 

Your balance appears to attach to a hook/clip at the bottom of the sash. You'll need to remove this clip from the sash to determine exactly which one you have. There are quite a few that are compatible with the Series 400 Balance.
