patio door replacement handle

I need to replace a broken handle on my patio door,but, I can not find a manufaturers name on the door Help.

Here are 4 pictures and an attachment diagram describing the handle that needs to be replaced, along with the measurements. It is an inside handle, and included is a picture of the corresponding outer handle for the door.
