Is the patio door turning lever the same or of different type for 90 Degree and 45 Degree mortice lock?
Is the keeper installed on door frame the same or of different type for 90 degree and 45 Degree mortice lock?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I can't say what replacement parts you would need based on the position of the spindle insert of your mortise lock.
