40-119 Mortise Lockset Heavy Duty Knob

Deadbolt with toggle lock. Toggle lock not necessary but would like deadbolt. I believe we need to try to match it. Seems if we lock it we would need lock with free egress.

I am with the City of Rayne Louisiana and we are trying to either repair or replace the Sargent & CO Easy Spring Lock. As you can see one side is broken and I do not believe it functions. Could you repair it or direct me to someone who could? Do you offer any parts?

I need a replacement interior side door knob handle with trim, one piece(the trim is held together to the knob by C-clamp, trim mounts to the lock housing), the image's included show two knob's detached from the trim due to seat C-clamp seating wear on knob. Its an old outside security lock door. I don't have the serial number for the door but on the lock itself is says MARKS. Have a picture of serial numbers from the fiberglass for the door. Thanks.

The lock mechanism is 5.5 inches tall and 3/4 of an inch wide by 3.5 inches deep. Do you guys have a replacement lock/handle set for this?

No markings on this door-it is 34x80. There was no lock on the door, but there is an opening for deadbolt and a handle. From the side, it appears that the door had a fairly large cartridge.
