I can't get window to close it's stuck. Now sure if need new rollers etc

I am looking for a piece of track for the style of the piece in the right of the photo (the one on the left I think I have found on your website already). These most likely come in 6' sections. They were the track that holds the windows on the sides when closed.

I just bought a house built in 1986 and it appears to have Caradco Windows in it. They are in desperate need of repair. They are the Horizontal Sliding type and the only identifying information I have found on the inside sash is the marking "PPG 629 86 - 1". I think I need several wheel ... (cont.)
