I need 4 of the complete balances for the lower sash to repair 2 sash's. 1 of the metal rods on the bottom left side of one window, 1 part on the upper right corner of the bottom sash that locks the sash onto the frame.

Hello, I tried to order this part on the past but it did't work out. Could you tell me the part number that I need please? The last time I ordered the 6 lb series 140 quick tilt and the window was sliding down, like it didn't have enough strength. I need to replace 2 windows and in both windows ... (cont.)
