pella rollers

Question

I have a Pella Sliding door that was purchased in 2005. I want to replace the rollers, but I'm not sure if my door uses Old or New style rollers. I have attached a picture of the serial number of my door. Can please tell me the correct rollers I need? Thank you for your help!

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, we do not have access to Pella's records regarding which parts they used on various door models.

For this reason, we would need to see your roller removed from the door, along with written-out dimensions, to confirm if we carry a suitable replacement. Thank you.
