16 inches, broken, does not retract, orange (ish) tip.

Hello! This looks like a pretty standard tilt window spiral balance. With that in mind you should be able to use either our 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 9/16" diameter Series 600. You just have to measure your outer tube to confirm the best option.
