pivot bar for window, but it is a "drop down" and I can not find replacements.

This old-style pivot bar isn't made anymore but we believe you can use our 26-040 as a replacement. Ours doesn't have a huge offset like your original but that shouldn't really matter. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
